Interview Process
Eduplace Recruitment recruits for positions throughout the year.
Friends can apply together, though may not be placed in the same school. We cannot guarantee that friends will be placed at the same school. We will try our best to accommodate the request for specific placements.
You will first need to create a profile with Eduplace Recruitment. After you have created a profile, you will be invited to a pre-interview — either in person or online. Our third-party agents will verify employment, educational, and background information. Once it returns and staff is satisfied, your details will be forwarded to prospective clients.
Yes, you may; however, any job offers are dependent on the candidate having their degree in possession or proof of graduation.
Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
Qualifications
Most programs through Eduplace Recruitment require you to have a completed undergraduate degree from an accredited/recognized university.
Candidates must have an educational degree, valid teaching license, and at least 1–2 years of full-time teaching experience.
Candidates must have an undergraduate bachelor's degree. No teaching experience required.
The requirements are established; however, exceptions are made. Many factors will play a part in determining exceptions.

Airfare & Travel
Airfare is included as part of the Middle Eastern package. Sometimes clients may require candidates to pay for flights due to unforeseen factors; however, you will be reimbursed.
Yes, however due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative airports could be an option.
The school will send a representative to meet you at the airport.
Salary & Benefits
Salaries vary from school to school, and country to country. Salaries are determined by educational qualifications and work experience.
Benefits vary by position, but many institutions offer: round-trip airfare, paid national holidays, furnished accommodation, health benefits, and contract completion bonus.
You will be paid for national holidays that fall within your working schedule. Vacation time varies depending on your employer and the general standards of the country.
Housing & Medical
Many schools provide furnished accommodation or offer a housing allowance.
Housing depends on availability and what the client can provide. If shared, you will have your own room but share common areas such as kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry.
Most countries will require you to get a health check before you can be issued a visa.
Visa & Pre-Departure
A work visa is required prior to your departure. Eduplace Recruitment will assist you in your visa application process.
If you successfully obtain a teaching position with one of our clients, they will start the employment visa process.
The teacher is responsible for costs associated with obtaining a work visa in their home country. All other expenses related to the work visa in the host country are borne by the client.
This depends on a number of factors — the country, the time of year, the type of visa, etc.
