You might be wondering what goes on in our recruitment process after you submit your application. It's crucial for you to know what happens since when you understand the process, you will appreciate what happens at each step.
Step 1: Application
As a candidate, you can browse the career section and apply online for the positions available. The application process is very straightforward and does not require you to be an I.T expert. You're only required to fill out personal information and attach a few documents as specified.
Step 2: Review
After your application reflects on our end, we gather all the necessary information and review the application. You have to pass the review step to proceed.
Step 3: Interview
When your application passes the review stage, you qualify for an interview. You're contacted and informed on the date of the interview. The interview could take place either in-person or administered virtually. You have to pass this stage before you proceed to the next.
Step 4: Reference Check
When you pass the interview, you're qualified to proceed to the reference check stage. You receive a request to complete a simple reference check survey that aims at assessing your stated skill set.
Step 5: Submission to the Client
Once you pass the reference check stage — congratulations! You're in. You've already proven competent and worthy. At this stage, the recruitment process is done, and you're fit for the job. We submit your details to our client and wait for a response.
