Our Practice Areas

Three Sectors.
One Standard.

Whether you're an educator, hospitality professional, or retail leader — we recruit across three distinct practice areas with dedicated specialists in each.

Salary & Expectations

Honest Salary Guidance.
No Inflated Promises.

International salaries vary significantly by region, role, and experience. Here's what we can tell you honestly.

GCC Region (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain)

Salaries are typically tax-free. Housing allowances or provided accommodation are common for education roles. But research cost of living carefully — not every tax-free salary is as generous as it sounds.

Tax-free does not automatically mean higher take-home.

United States

Compensation is competitive but varies dramatically by state and metro area. Understand the full benefits package — health insurance, retirement contributions, and PTO matter as much as base salary.

Always evaluate total compensation, not just the number.

Beyond the Paycheck

Don't accept a role based solely on salary. Consider housing, health coverage, flights, contract terms, and cultural fit. A higher salary in an expensive city may leave you worse off than a modest one with benefits included.

We provide guidance but encourage you to do your own research.

Our Role in Salary Discussions

We share what we know about typical ranges for your role and region. We won't inflate numbers to get you excited, and we won't downplay challenges. You deserve accurate information to make informed decisions.

Ask us anything — we'd rather be honest than impressive.

We Brief You First.

Relocating for work is a major decision. We make sure you're informed before you commit — not after.

  • Flights are typically provided for international education roles
How to Prepare

Set Yourself Up
for Success.

Practical advice from our team to help you put your best foot forward.

01

Keep Your CV Updated and Honest

Ensure your resume reflects your current experience, qualifications, and certifications. Don't embellish — we verify everything, and so will employers.

02

Have References Ready

Prepare 2-3 professional references who can speak to your work. Let them know they may be contacted. Ideally include your most recent supervisor.

03

Scan Key Documents

Have digital copies of your degrees, teaching certificates, professional licenses, and passport ready. Many hiring processes move fast — don't let paperwork slow you down.

04

Be Responsive

Hiring timelines move quickly, especially in the GCC. If we call or email, respond within 24 hours. Delayed responses can cost you an opportunity.

05

Prepare for Video Interviews

Most initial interviews are conducted via Zoom or Teams. Test your setup, find a quiet space, dress professionally, and have your CV open for reference.

06

Know What You Want

Be clear about your preferred region, role type, and deal-breakers. The more specific you are, the better we can match you — and the less time we all waste.
